There are two commonly used production processes for plastic bottles:

One is: extrusion blowing process, that is, adding plastic raw materials into the extruder, extruding the molten parison by heating, melting, plasticizing, and then putting it into the bottle mold for inflation molding, cooling and shaping, and taking it out from the mold, and trimming the waste edges. After the finished product is obtained. This process is mainly used to produce polyethylene, polyvinyl chloride plastic bottles, such as milk bottles, soy sauce bottles and so on.

The other is: injection stretch blowing process, that is, the plastic raw material is injected into a tubular parison by an injection molding machine, and then put into a bottle mold for stretch blow molding, and the finished product is obtained after cooling. This process is mainly used to produce PET plastic bottles, such as mineral water bottles, etc.
